Incorporation of the Company
CBS was officially incorporated, establishing the foundational infrastructure to deliver structured corporate advisory and enterprise solutions with excellence.
Shared Services & Brand Identity Launched
Expanded operational capabilities by introducing shared services, while formalizing core organizational values and adopting a defining brand tagline to guide long-term growth.
Corporate Office & Strategic Market Partnerships
Established a dedicated corporate office and appointed a full-time Managing Director. Strategic alliances were forged with Intuit India to pioneer QuickBooks Online (QBO+) in the Sri Lankan market.
USA Footprint & Institutional Leadership
Extended international operations into the USA market. Simultaneously, key industry leadership was recognized with the Founder's appointment as Secretary to the Executive Council of the Tax Institute.
Launch of Managed Services & ICTA Pool
Diversified capabilities with the launch of Managed Services and integration into the ICTA Resource Pool. Further strengthening governance, the Founder was appointed as a Board Member of the AAT Business School.
Strategic Chamber & Taxation Leadership
Reached significant institutional milestones as the Founder was appointed Director & Treasurer at the Colombo Chamber of Commerce and elected Vice President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation.
